The Real McCoy's C.C.C. Jacket
The C.C.C. Jacket is one of my favorite pieces of historical "workwear" ever made. Produced as part of FDR's New Deal, this non-military wool jacket was issued to the Civilian Conservation Corps who helped establish and develop many of America's national parks and federally protected lands. On top of that, it's a beautiful jacket made from a very dry wool body with a vintage feel and plush knit ribbing. The slightly cropped torso looks especially good with high rise trousers or layered over a work shirt.

Senui's Inside Pockets Shirt in Green Linen
Senui shirts are designed, cut and sewn by one person in a small Tokyo atelier, so each piece is limited and very special. We are lucky to have a run of their Fall offerings, including their Inside Pockets Shirt. True to it's name it has a fascinating internal pocket construction that is understated but delightful. I'm a big fan of the green linen - it's a beautiful example of their thoughtfully constructed line.

The Real McCoy's N-3 Utility Jacket
I have this jacket and wear it all the time. It is great as a light jacket to just grab and get out the door with in Fall and Spring, and goes with pretty much anything. I know there are about a billion different Olive HBT options out there, but I find that The Real McCoy’s take on it is really special, and comes to life in a big way after a trip in the washing machine.

Arch Support Project Cestus Boot
I love the entirety of the new Arch Support Project release, but the Cestus Boot has to be my favorite (Anyone who knows me, knows I’m a sucker for a monkey boot). This boot is perfectly articulated, in my opinion. From the leather choice, upper stitching color, and the tonal hardware. I’d definitely rock these out with a trouser with a nice roomy top block, and an elegant taper towards the top of the boot. Fuego.

The Real McCoy's Type I Leather Jacket
My pick for the week is the McCoy’s Type I Leather Jacket. Yes, I know you may be thinking that this has already been done so many times by so many makers and I’ll agree with you on that. But The Real McCoy’s definitely remastered the vintage classic with this rendition and out of all of the leather Type I’s that I have handled from other brands, this one ticks all the boxes in my criteria for a proper Type I.
