Last Call Sale Staff Picks - Get em' Now!

This week, instead of doing the regular Staff Picks pulled from our latest arrivals, we decided to poll the good folks of S&S from coast to coast on their top picks from our Last Call Sale! That's right, these are the garments that almost got away, slipped through your fingers. And instead of having to sift through the whole sale, here is a curated list of the best of the best so you can get em’ before they are gone!

Wearing anything from Orslow in this phenomenal linen will guarantee that you win the next Powerball lottery.

  • Neil Berrett, S&S Cofounder

Legal note: we cannot guarentee you will win the lottery.

Literally how did this even make it to Last Call? The fabric is fantastic--a linen/ramie blend that's somehow both sturdy AND soft and breathable, plus both fibers are notorious for only getting better over time. The cut is the perfect amount of relaxed. Please do yourself a favor and buy this jacket. Your wardrobe's life depends on it!!!!

It’s a really killer everyday jacket with a great silhouette and minimal details. It’s a perfect “cropped” length to wear with higher rise trousers, and the brown pique fabric is really handsome and comfortable. I’m sad I didn’t pick one up for myself, I’d love to see how it looks after a few months of solid wear and some washes to really break the fabric in.

Attractions’ Zebra Shirts (both colors) were under the radar. If you were intimidated by this shirt at first, now is your chance to revisit it before it’s gone. If you like to party like me, you’ll buy this shirt, wear it under your favorite leather jacket, go to your local disco, order a daiquiri, hit the dance floor once Donna Summer starts playing, and watch your dance card fill.

- Gen Padua, Berkeley Senior Shopkeeper

It's hard to come by a chuck tailor esque sneaker that is true to size and that doesn't give you the appearance of having land yacht sized feet no matter what size you get. The vibram sole did more than I potentially thought that it would and are super comfy to walk decent distances in, as I quite literally walk all over San Francisco daily putting in 2-4 miles a day in these shoes. It's a great looking sneaker too!

- Preston Torres, Web Designer

This is my go-to on those icy cold winter sidewalk days here in Santa Fe. I just throw them on with a pair of warm winter weight socks and because of the grippy water tight vulcanized outsoles I have no fear of wet feet or eating sh*t on the sidewalk. Also a bonus that they have a vintage military vibe. Folks will be asking you about them so be prepared to answer questions.
