Built on the same last (the mechanical form of a foot that handmade shoes are constructed around) as the famous John Lofgren Wabash Engineer Boots, the Steadfast Chukkas are an elevated take on the classic low-profile Chukka boot. Featuring a very classic and versatile design, these are easy to style and even easier to wear, pairing well with everything from suits to shorts to denim.

These chukkas are made in Japan by expert craftsmen with the Goodyear welt construction all John Lofgren boots use, ensuring that they'll be resoleable and with you for years to come. The uppers are Japanese-tanned cowhide suede, soft and comfortable, these require very little break-in when brand new. 

All of the other parts are top-notch — the welting comes from the UK and the Vibram soles come from the USA. They're leather lined with a rough-out heel cup, with washer-backed metal eyelets for longevity.
