Inspired by vintage aviator caps and borrowing details from an antique leather helmet, Black Sign's Aviator Cap is one of the more interesting modular hats to pass through our doors - which is actually saying something, as we've stocked quite a few unique and brilliant transforming hats (we have a thing for them).

Switching easily between a more classic mechanics cap silhouette, with a short brim and soft crown, and an old school flight cap complete with ear flaps and loops for goggles. The Fall/Winter '24 edition comes equipped for the cold, with a cotton twill body and a baby alpaca boa lining through the ear flaps and around the back, tonal black hardware, and a clean finish interior.

The brim is unstructured, with zig-zag stitching for durability, allowing the entire hat to be rolled up or folded flat for storage. There's an adjustable drawstring inside the headband as well, allowing for a modular fit even among the different sizes.
