The styles range from the more casual to the most hardcore technical apparel you can find, with each garment including an illustration of 1-3 mountains on the tag that denote its overall "field level" of performance. Pieces with only one mountain are suitable for everything from the city to the campground, two mountains work for more intense hikes and outings, & styles with three mountains are equipped for the most serious inclement weather and seasonal intensity.
Made from PERTEX SHIELD, an ultra-thin and lightweight nylon material that's been additionally treated with a super light polyurethane coating designed to maximally resist water and wind while still drying quickly inside. The body features large underarm zips that allow you to convert the coat into a poncho, and is waterproof up to 8000mm. Thanks to its light weight and thin material, it can easily be compressed and stored in the attached bag, making it an exceptional travel companion.
