Designed and manufactured in-house at their LA workshop, MATiAS produce some of the best fits we've experienced, with subtle and sometimes unusual tailoring details, employed deliberately to perfect drape, enhance comfort, & compliment their remarkable fabric choices.
The Dilly / Dionn Jacket is a unisex blouson-type garment with a stellar fit and fantastic construction. It's got the usual MATiAS modified spread/stand collar situation, a perfect complement to the old school button placket. For storage, it's got two flap pockets on the front, with a covert open breast pocket, and two more internal pockets for extra security.
It's got a relaxed fit, with a classic bomber jacket shape - roomy arms and slightly dropped shoulders, a shorter body, and plenty of space through the chest, with knit ribbing at the cuffs and hem for extra comfort and shaping. The inside is fully lined, but slides easily over other layers and sits comfortably on bare skin.
Made from a 100% hemp fabric, the "Kurai" fabric clocks in at a respectable 11oz, with the breeziness and drape of linen but the thickness and comfort of cotton. The weight and weave of the fabric come together exceptionally well, easy to wear in just about any season.
Fits true to size with an adjustable waistband. Wash cold and hang dry.
