Ah, the wool varsity jacket. Few garments are so iconic and with so many variations as the varsity jacket, and The Real McCoy's have positively knocked it out of the park with their latest interpretation. This particular jacket was inspired by the varsity jackets of the 1960s, with specific references to the west coast.

Featuring a custom dry oil-cut wool fabric for the body, the outer layer is tough, warm, and water resistant. Inside, the jacket is fully lined with a quilted nylon fabric, providing a silky smoothness that layers easily over other garments, and feels great on bare skin. The sleeves are a custom vegetable tanned horsehide from Shinki tannery in Japan.

The trims are as impressive as the rest of the jacket, including custom Real McCoy's San Francisco snaps, a wool/acrylic knit ribbing at the edges (cuffs, collar, and hem), and two comfy handwarmer pockets with horsehide leather trim.
