The V Boy Shirt is a unisex garment, pay no mind to the name. Cut as an exaggerated shirt with an extended swooping back hem and two large chest pockets. The sleeves are wide, with a dramatic taper that ends in a pleated cuff and double button closure. The back features an embroidered stripe detail running running along the yoke and extended down the back of each sleeve.
Its made from 40s count 100% organic cotton yarns, which are handspun before being handloomed into fabric. The hand-spinning and hand-looming processes give the fabric a slightly uneven and irregular texture, with small, subtle neps and varied densities throughout. Initially soft and comfortable, it will continue to break in and relax over time, relaxing into the shape of the wearer's body.
With a wide and relaxed fit, it's cut long enough to wear either tucked or untucked, with an extended shirttail hem that features a dramatic swooping profile. The collar is classic, with no unexpected twists or turns, closing up with tonal buttons down the placket and ending with an embroidered star detail just above the hem.
