OrSlow is consistently one of our most popular brands, and for good reason - their combinations of great fits, custom fabrics, and handsome styles fit easily into almost any wardrobe. Founded in 2005 by designer Ichiro Nakatsu, OrSlow takes it’s name from Ichiro’s desire to make the opposite of fast fashion, or ‘slow clothing’, as he would put it.

Those in the market for a slighter wide fit of jeans, look no further than the 105. Rivaled in popularity perhaps only by the 107, it's a little bigger all around, for a slightly more old school (but no less classic) denim fit. They're cut with a medium-high rise and relaxed top block, full thighs, and a very slight taper down to respectable leg opening that pairs well with just about any footwear you can find. The short length version is a cut more for women's sizing, with a shorter inseam than the standard 105.

OrSlow's signature fabric is a fantastic and completely proprietary Japanese selvedge denim. Woven with 100% cotton yarns and clocking in at about 13.5oz, it's a lower tension, slubby denim with a soft hand and subtly hairy texture. OrSlow has given it a one wash treatment, handling most of the initial shrinkage and color loss, as well as relaxing the fabric into something that's broken in from the moment you put it on. Over time, the fabric will continue to relax from wear and washing, slowly developing unique fades for each different wearer.

Not sufficiently pleased stopping at only the fabric, orSlow also completely uses custom hardware. In this case, oxidized copper rivets and period-authentic zipper for the fly. Little details, sure, but how much attention a brand pays to the little details is always telling, and orSlow pays a lot of attention.
