Tired of cheap, practically disposable athletic apparel? We are too, which is why we're such big fans of American Trench's mesh shorts. Designed and produced entirely in the USA, American Trench's "Original Equipment" shorts are exceptionally sturdy and well-made, with a great fit and several great color choices. For our exclusive collab models, we've selected some of our favorite colorways and added an S&S Starburst patch on the outer left thigh.

For this model, we selected a bright "Safety" orange, a shop favorite with surprising versatility and, obviously, high visibility.

They're made from a heavy polyester mesh fabric, with an elasticated waist and internal drawstring that can be used to further adjust the fit. Featuring a very minimal design, the only distinguishing element is our custom logo patch. There are also two hand pockets, located exactly where you'd expect them and serving the usual purpose of pockets.

If you're looking for a new set of shorts for more casual or athletic wear, make it these - they feel great, fit comfortably, breathe well and dry quickly. Function aside, they also look great, so you can wear them even if you aren't doing athletics.
