Originally founded in 2006, Attractions began as a vintage reseller, importing pieces from the United States and the UK before starting their own production in 2011. Their experience in the vintage world provided them with the knowledge and inspiration necessary to develop their own styles, growing into an impressive and very special brand in a market saturated with alternatives.
With a deliberate focus on highly specific and often obscure styles from the last hundred years, Attractions produce some truly stellar and unique pieces, occupying a stylistic wheelhouse closely adjacent to "biker" but plainly distinct from other similar repro brands. Inspired by the progression of youth culture and style, Attractions infuse their own perspective into both the pieces they design, and the ways they design them.
Inspired by 40s style US Military chinos, these are some of the most versatile trousers a person could add to their wardrobe, rendered in the highest quality from an interesting and dynamic fabric. They've got the classic high rise, wide straight leg fit that we'd expect, with double-needle seams and a tonal urea button fly to remind you of their military origins.
They're made from a lightweight, 100% cotton, selvedge chambray fabric that was woven on vintage shuttle looms. The warp (external) yarns are twisted during weaving, creating a more complex texture and heathering effect. It's another one of Attractions' "three season fabrics" that's comfortable and substantial enough for most times that aren't winter. It feature a slightly rough and uneven face texture, with a cool and dry hand that feels great pretty much immediately and only softens over time.
With five perfectly functional pockets to store your things in (one is a coin pocket, so some of your "things" have to be coins), you won't be choosing style over function when you pick these up. Inside, the top block and pocket bags are all done up with a cotton HBT fabric for extra comfort and longevity, and for extra security, the waist features 2" belt loops that will accommodate even the chunkiest of belts
