Originally founded in 2018, Graziano and Gutiérrez has existed in several different forms, from a college thesis project to the fully-realized brand we see today. Since its inception, collaborators Alejandro Gutiérrez and Samuel Graziano have focused on three foundational values for their brand: environmental responsibility, transparency and education, and providing a platform for Mexico's indigenous artisans.
The Jardín shirt is absolutely packed with utility, and by utility, we mean pockets: featuring a single chest pocket, two sloped hand pockets, and two rear pockets just above the hem in the back for storage, it's a perfect daily-driver thanks to its combination of function and fit. The relaxed overshirt cuts wears well as either a base layer or on top of other garments, giving you different styling choices depending on the season.
It's made from a gorgeous mustard fabric, 100% cotton and handwoven on a pedal loom by family Bautista Martinez in Teotitlan del Valle, Oaxaca. This soft, medium-weight fabric features a gentle hand and sturdy drape that will relax even more over time. Like its brothers and sisters, the front closes up with undyed coconut buttons.
Fits true to size. Wash cold and hang dry.
