Originally founded in 2018, Graziano and Gutiérrez has existed in several different forms, from a college thesis project to the fully-realized brand we see today. Since its inception, collaborators Alejandro Gutiérrez and Samuel Graziano have focused on three foundational values for their brand: environmental responsibility, transparency and education, and providing a platform for Mexico's indigenous artisans.
The Camp shirt is so-named for its spread camp collar, which looks devastatingly good when worn slightly unbuttoned, but styles equally well as a mid layer with something light on underneath it. Featuring two roomy chest pockets with flap closures for your stuff, and slits at the sides of the hem for ease of movement, it's an excellent casual shirt for the warmer seasons.
It's made from a soft gray 100% cotton chambray fabric, handwoven on a pedal loom in Teotitlan del Valle, Oaxaca. This comfortable mid weight fabric drapes well and breathes easily thanks to its low-tension weave. The whole thing closes up with undyed coconut buttons, a perfect aesthetic finish to the already subtle and desaturated fabric.
