More commonly known as a tanker jacket, this piece was initially designed specifically for tank crews in WWII Europe. These are deliberately very simple jackets, as tanks are quite cramped inside, and any excessive exterior features would likely snag on a lever or knob.

The Real McCoy's reproduction of this classic is sewn up in a heavy chino cloth exterior with a wool melton lined interior, and custom wool ribbing for the cuffs and collar. The zipper is a reproduction 1940's bell-shaped Talon, custom for RMC as well.
