The Horloger "Masterwork Blazer" is a classic work sack jacket with a tasteful combination of vintage and contemporary details. Cut with a handsome notch lapel, it's got a five button placket that wears most naturally in a 3-button stance, with the upper two buttons sitting beneath its lapels. It's got four external pockets, including a small "ticket pocket" on the righthand side, and one more inside for plenty of storage space.
It's got a tailored fit, not snug or loose, with a partial buggy lining through the upper body and sleeves, as well as a fully-finished interior for exceptional durability and reliability while traveling. The armholes have just enough room to not restrict movement while still cutting a clean silhouette, and the whole thing trends just a hair shorter in length than a more formal jacket, to keep things from looking sloppy while sitting down.
For Fall/Winter '25, 1st PAT-RN have developed this custom "heritage chevron" fabric in collaboration with a local mill in Veneto, Italy, for their exclusive use. Made from a blend of twisted wool yarns and a combination of virgin cotton & recycled cotton, it features an irregular herringbone pattern and pinstripe details. Clocking in at a comfortable 200gsm (roughly 5.90oz), it's got an airy and relaxed drape, immediately soft to the touch, it'll continue to break in and take the wearer's shape over time.
It's finished with tonal galalith buttons up the placket and at the end of each sleeve, with a casual single button cuff that is actually functional, unlike the buttons on some blazer sleeves. It's got a Bemberg cotton-cupro buggy lining to help make layering easier as well as providing additional insulation and comfort.
Fits true to size. This garment was designed to be washed by hand in cold water and then hang-dried in the shade — do not wash it any other way.
