With a focus on elevated knitwear, the Olde Homesteader brand takes inspiration from vintage American boxers, specifically a deadstock pair of woven trunks from their archives - creating simple and exceedingly high quality base layers for daily wear.

Produced in Japan, both Olde Homesteader utilizes premium Banshu-ori fabrics from Nishiwaki City, in Hyogo Prefecture, Japan. These textiles are made traditionally, woven and dyed using the same regional techniques originally developed in the 1700s. This antique production is slow and deliberate, overseen by a small team of highly specialized craftspeople continuing a centuries-long tradition of local textile creation.

A superbly comfortable 100% cotton knit cardigan with a plush fleece interior and relaxed fit. The placket closes up with 6 large white buttons, and the front features two bucket pockets for your hands. The fit is easy, with a relaxed unisex cut through the body, and a ribbed hem & cuffs for a more classic silhouette.
