The Doric Denim Trousers are Motiv's newest denim fit, featuring a fitting blend of workwear and tailoring details throughout. Cut with a high rise, roomy top block, and wide straight legs, they're one of our most exaggerated fits, finished with a straight cut outseam and curved inseam that give the legs a column-like effect.

It's made from the latest iteration of Motiv's herringbone selvedge denim. Utilizing natural (undyed) cotton for the warp threads and undyed linen for the warp, it's a perfect 50/50 blend that brings the best of both materials - sturdy and comfortable like cotton, while also airy and cool like linen. The herringbone weave complements this further, draping handsomely and breathing better than other more traditional cotton twills or denims.

Clocking in at 13oz, this selvedge fabric comes in a one-wash finish that leaves it soft and broken-in from the moment you put it on. Up close, subtle neps and irregularities can be found throughout, giving even more character to the already unique fabric.

The waistband features a special construction that combines darts and pleats with the beltloops, giving a clean and minimal finish to the whole thing. The fly features a one-piece construction, a vintage detail that requires arcane tailoring knowledge and some serious skill behind a sewing machine to properly pull off. Everything held together with single needle construction, for superior elegance and drape.
