A good pair of shorts is exactly like a good pair of pants. The majority of workmanship and consideration for any pair of bottoms happens from the thigh and up, so when you settle for inferior shorts, you'll feel it. Freenote are professionals, however, and make fantastic pants - so it only makes sense that their shorts are excellent as well.

This edition of Freenote's deck shorts are sewn up in a wide wale 100% cotton corduroy reminiscent of vintage swimwear, with a clean finished interior, elasticated waist (with adjustable drawstring), patch pockets with snaps, and a comfortable fit that will make you so happy to be wearing these when it's hot out.

The cut is easy, with the elasticated waist and adjustable drawstring giving you a comfortable and secure fit. The rise is comfortably medium, and the legs aren't too long (we can all agree that long shorts are inferior), so you can really enjoy the fact that your legs are free to soak in the sun and the breeze.

True to size. Prewashed, so minimal shrinkage expected with a cold wash, and hang dry.
