Since 2006, Mountain Research has been delivering some of the best outdoor wear around – both in style and function. The brainchild of Japanese designer Kobayashi Setsumasa, the brand has a singular focus on outdoor life without falling into any of any stereotypical ravines of the style. Kobayashi takes inspiration from the golden age of outdoor wear, military and naval designs, as well as modern mountaineering gear. Altogether, it refers to itself as ‘Anarcho Mountaineers.’

The Mountain Research thermal is their take on the classic baseball tee. A perfect base layer with a curved hem and 3/4 sleeves that don't get in the way, while still keeping you warm. The contrast neck opening is a nice nod towards the baseball tee

Made from a cotton rayon blend that helps keeps heat in. Flocked print on the front.

True to size with a relaxed fit. Wash cold and hang dry.
