Kapital is undoubtedly one of our most unique brands, as well as one of our favorites. From their iconic Ring Coats and Century Denim to the scarves and bandannas we love so much, to their patchwork and Kountry pieces, and everything else they make, Kapital is a brand that has earned their reputation of style, brilliance, and just a hint of madness.
Built as a shortened pair of double knee carpenters / painters trousers, they bring the best of both worlds, with Western-style studded embellishments down the front for extra style points. They're cut with a straight fit, featuring a high rise, a relaxed top block, and comfortably wide legs, hitting just above the knee for a perfect summer casual jort.
The fabric is Kapital's 14oz indigo denim, woven from 100% cotton yarns and given a custom wash to soften the and preemptively fade the indigo, resulting in an immediately comfortable and perfectly "worn" look and feeling out the gate. Over time, they'll continue to fade and wear in, developing more high contrast areas throughout.
The four pocket configuration is further enhanced by the "double knee" reinforcements that extend across the front thigh, and the tool loop on the back left leg. The studded embellishments feature multicolored and metal pieces, adding a unique and interesting visual detail that additionally complements the rivet reinforcements and custom waist button.
