One of our very favorite and best-selling styles of all time, the Swearengen trousers are a surprisingly subtle and inarguable handsome pair of pants. Featuring an old school western style fit, these feature a low mid-rise top block, with fitted thighs and a slim straight fit down to an honest leg opening that should *just* fit over even your thickest boots. Not quite skinny, not quite straight, the fit is a perfect blend of glove-like snugness and a natural drape.
The details are where they really shine, cut with swooping pocket flaps at both the front hand pockets and welted rear pockets, for an unmistakable western flare. The belt loops are also wide enough for even the thickest of cowboy belts, leaving you with no excuse not to wear one (if you want). The fly buttons up with custom Indigofera buttons, the custom woven labels inside guarantee you're wearing a genuine Indigofera piece.
They're made from a double black 100% cotton Japanese denim. The yarns its woven with were rope-dyed, meaning the black color doesn't fully penetrate the yarns, and over time they will fade like an indigo fabric would, the "black and white photography" of denim fading, as Indigofera put it. Initially quite stiff and structured, they'll break in over time, softening from wear and washing.
True to size. Minimal shrink with cold wash and hang dry.
