Description
One of our very favorite and best-selling styles of all time, the Swearengen trousers are a surprisingly subtle and inarguable handsome pair of pants. Featuring an old school western style fit, these feature a low mid-rise top block, with fitted thighs and a slim straight fit down to an honest leg opening that should *just* fit over even your thickest boots. Not quite skinny, not quite straight, the fit is a perfect blend of glove-like snugness and a natural drape.
The details are where they really shine, cut with swooping pocket flaps at both the front hand pockets and welted rear pockets, for an unmistakable western flair. The belt loops are also wide enough for even the thickest of cowboy belts, leaving you with no excuse not to wear one (if you want). The fly buttons up with custom Indigofera buttons, the custom woven labels inside guarantee you're wearing a genuine Indigofera piece.
This edition come in an indigo/tan hickory stripe 3x1 twill fabric (the same type of weave as denim), made by Nihon Menpu exclusively for Indigofera. The yarns are hank-dyed rather than rope-dyed, leading to longer lasting color on the garment. As a result, these will fade slowly and evenly over time with wear and washing.. Tonal accents, like the diamond-stitch detail on the pockets & the custom stamped leather patch tie the whole thing together.
