Vintage Heavy are a contemporary Americana brand designed and produced by people with a passion for both vintage clothing and heritage style. Their vintage inspirations, which range from workwear to military to prep to counterculture and beyond, aren't secret, but they aren't just remaking obvious classics — their pieces are versatile and unisex, as well as hard to find other versions of anywhere else.
Their garments are limited by nature, made in small batches at craftsman workshops in the USA from the best textiles they can source, both locally and from Japan. With a mind for sustainability, they focus on quality over quantity to create stylish garments in classic styles, built to hold up and designed to out-last trends.
A collaboration between Vintage Heavy and Peanuts, featuring the art and characters of the iconic comic strip. With custom prints on the front and back, each sweatshirt is finished with a custom distressing to age the graphics and reproduce sun fading across the top half of the garment. The fit is relaxed, with a roomy body and tight rib knitting through the hem, sleeves, and collar.
It's made from a 100% cotton terry knit, with an unbrushed interior and a fairly cool and dry hand. The fabric is soft, with a decent heft that drapes pleasantly and complements the roomy torso and dropped shoulder fit. In addition to the small distressed details throughout, there are custom woven labels inside and a small "VH" embroidered into the chest.
Fits true to size with a relaxed fit. Wash cold and dry flat.
