The Speedgoat is made for the trails - designed to be both lightweight and have amazing traction. They're comfortable, with a lightweight compression EVA midsole, as well as rugged with a double layer jacquard mesh upper. All together you have one good trailing running sneaker with a balanced cushion, weighing in at only 10.3 oz.

The double layer jacquard mesh upper is made from 34% recycled polyester, and gives the Speedgoat durability along with the Molded EVA sock-liner. For the trail, the sneakers use a Vibram Megagrip with Traction Lug to keep you grounded. The Lighter midsole is cushioned enough for hard miles on the trail but is still responsive when you want to get the lead out.

The Speedgoat 5 is made on a symmetrical bed of cushion, designed to provide the support you want and nothing you don't. The Late stage MetaRocker™ geometry give the shoe the distinctive Hoka look and provides the support you need.
