One single step closer towards being a full jacket than the standard Fargo, this model features two cozy welted hand pockets in addition to the usual details. With a relaxed fit through the body that easily layers over tees, shirts, sweaters, or flannels, you can keep returning to this season after season.
This 18oz selvedge denim is produced by Shiroyama Mills in Japan and with cotton grown in the USA. American cotton generally features a shorter staple length than Zimbabwean & Japanese cotton, giving it a more subtle slub texture and courser feel. For something a little different, the weft yarn (the white yarn) is heavier than the warp yarn. This, combined with the low tension weave, creates a rough, uneven appearance. Indigofera have additionally rinsed the whole thing to account for initial shrinkage and some of the break in.
The hardware is equally impressive - custom Indigofera brass snaps close up the placket, pockets, and cuffs, while custom copper rivets reinforce stress points. The two chest pockets are secure and perfect for things like keys or a cardholder and the sleeves cuff easily for maximum comfort on a warm (but not hot) day.
Runs large, we suggest choosing the smaller size if you are between sizes. Minimal shrinkage expected with cold wash and hang dry.
