The Broadway Dress Shirt is an extremely elegant reimagining of a late 1920s / early 1930s formal shirt, with an extremely attractive fit and subtle historical details. It features a long pointed collar and simple front placket, tailoring holdovers from the Victorian Era, as well as simple cuffs with cufflinks.
It's made from a firm yet comfortable combed cotton broadcloth, with just the right amount of structure and rigidity for a formal shirt. Woven with 100% cotton yarns, it's soft, crisp, and wears beautifully over time, softening and relaxing without losing its elegance or structure.
It's cut with a long body and swooping curved shirttails so as to tuck in well and stay that way. With a relaxed fit through the chest and comfortable full shoulders, everything closes up with tonal mother of pearl buttons and simple cufflinks at the wrists. The back is reinforced below the placket for additional durability and garment longevity. The front also features a single chest pocket, but it's quite small and has more utility as a safe spot for something small or secret.
