Founded in 2010, Hansen Garments is designed in Copenhagen and produced conscientiously at different factories & workshops around Europe, using high quality European and Japanese textiles. They describe themselves as a "slow fashion" brand, creating clothing that's meant to last, both functionally and stylistically, employing classical tailoring and heritage details to create collections that can fit into a wide variety of different wardrobes.
The Benny's are a super wide fit cargo pant inspired by military trousers of the 1950s. They feature a single reverse pleat -- which helps them stay big in the leg without getting too big everywhere else -- along with darting at the knees and and hem helping keep the balloon shape in control. The tunnel belt loops are fitted with an integrated canvas tape belt and the hems are adjustable with a ribbon drawstring.
These are made from a lightweight Italian cotton drill, a cotton twill that is tightly woven and is known for its durability.
The trousers have two large pleated cargo pockets on either leg which can bellow out when stuffed. Besides those, there are two front slash pockets and one rear welted pocket.
