W'Menswear was founded by Lauren Yates in 2015, born out of a desire to produce high quality, heritage-inspired garments for women - with a nuanced and ever-evolving perspective on femininity at the intersections of fashion, workwear, military garments, and history. Originally operating out of a converting shipping container in Bangkok, the brand has grown substantially with each new collection, employing specialty and custom fabrics as well as partnering with local workshops & artisans.
Inspired by two-layer vintage hunting jackets, the Hunter Fisher Coat is a heavy duty piece of outerwear. Featuring an upper layer made from a Japanese 100% linen check fabric and a double face herringbone denim body beneath that, it's cut at a flatter 3/4 length, with four roomy external pockets and a collar that buttons up to protect against the weather. It's finished with custom hardware and a relaxed fit that layers easily and flatteringly.
