The Steer Suede Ranch Coat is your best friend out on the range. With an ultra supple roughout body and wool pile interior, it's warm, comfortable, and thanks to the snap closures, easy to wear. Cut with a nice relaxed body that fits well over other your favorite flannel, sweater, or vest, it's the ultimate daily driver for cold seasons - sturdy, handsome, and comfortable beyond belief.
The leather is a 1.3mm full grain steerhide roughout suede (that's a mouthful) - this is the reverse side of Y'2's oiled steerhide. Ultra soft and supple, this leather requires virtually no break-in whatsoever. It's dyed a rich tobacco brown, with a ton of tonal depth - this leather absolutely pops in just about any lighting, but it looks especially incredible in sunlight.
Inside, the body is fully lined with a soft, off-white wool pile that will wrap itself around you and cradle your body with warmth. The sleeves use a slick nylon fabric lining, for ease of layering, and the whole body closes up with contrasting black snaps. Details are minimal outside those, as the jacket is cut with as minimal paneling as possible, and storage only exists in the form of two slash hand pockets.
