Emphasizing one-of-a-kind garments, antique textiles, and truly inspired takes on classic workwear styles, Bode has been a tremendous addition to our lineup. It only takes a few seconds of handling a Bode garment to understand the incredible complexity and detail in each piece. As a brand, they don't produce basics, they produce Grails - from custom fabrics to detailed embroidery & quilting, or hand-beaded designs in place of simpler prints or woven patterns, everything is elevated and interesting.
Featuring a boxy, downright square body, Bode's S/S shirts are cut wide for ease of movement and breathability. The collar features a top button, but is able to be worn open in a camp style if desired. Beneath that optional collar button, you'll find four more identical white buttons perfectly spaced to convey a relaxed and casual vibe - these are also optional depending on how you choose to style your shirt.
It's made from a custom printed viscose fabric, inspired by an unfinished midcentury quilt top, produced in multiple colors and rotary-printed with a "tumbleweed" pattern throughout. Bode's viscose moves like silk, flowing and sliding along with the wearer's body - it feels great on the skin and breathes remarkably well, especially when paired with the shirt's relaxed and breezy fit.
