After he designs a piece - which he does while bearing in mind a mixture of personal need and vintage inspiration - each item is manufactured in Japan with the highest attention to detail and quality. A classic 1950s style aviator ball cap in a vivid kelly green. Six panel construction and an olive HBT sweatband and under visor. A great hat for casual wear day to day, or for your next high risk dogfight above the European theatre. Barring that, it could also probably be good on commercial flights, but we don't recommend it (until there isn't a pandemic).

Available in Medium (57-58cm) & Large (59-60cm). Wash cold, towel dry for no shrinkage. Wash hot, dry hot for shrinkage. Maximum stretch/shrinkage is approximately 1-1.5cm.
