Inspired by 1940s era military trousers, Freenote's Midway Pants are a remarkably handsome piece of reimagined history. Design-wise, they're a stellar blend of durability and tailoring, featuring a clean finish interior with binding and heavy duty flat felled leg seams. Cut with a high rise, they've got a comfortably roomy top block, with full thighs and wide straight legs that fit easily over boots.
They're made from a 9oz wool/cotton blend fabric, with a dense face and slightly scratchy texture that insulates well without being overwhelming, making them perfect for cooler weather - chilly mornings or cold evenings out and about. For storage, they've got just two pockets, exceptionally roomy gusseted pockets that'll fit just an obscene amount of objects in them should you so desire.
Everything closes up with custom horn buttons, from the pockets to the fly. Over time, the fabric will relax and break in as the cotton yarns soften from wear, giving a softer drape to everything and moving more easily with your body. The textured brown fabric also features a remarkable amount of variation in color, appearing more complex the closer you look at it.
