From hand-weaving to hand-knitting to hand-embroidery, traditional dyeing methods, and atelier-style production, they work to create truly unique and beautiful pieces that highlight the skill and history of the craftspeople who make them.
Tthe Ames Workshirt is a more classic blue collar overshirt without all the western embellishments. Inspired by vintage Big Mac shirts, it's cut with a relaxed body and wide fit that can be easily layered over sweaters or even other button-down shirts. It features two wide bucket pockets at the chest, and everything closes up with tonal horn buttons.
The Iron/Acacia denim is yet another of Indi + Ash's remarkable handwoven fabrics. With a dark coloration coming from the natural iron and acacia tree bark dyes used on each of its yarns, it's finished with a tea-overdye (literally by soaking it in tea) that will gradually fade alongside the other dyes to a soft and light earthy gray. The handwoven fabric also features a slubby and low-tension face with a great texture.
