Inspired by "Waist Overalls" (the workwear older brother of the modern 5-pocket jean) from the early 1900s and 1910s, the Twisted Heather Miner Waist-Overalls are a hot weather twist on a vintage staple. They've got all the right details: tucked belt loops, a buckle back, metal button fly, slanted pockets, and heavy double row stitching throughout for durability. The fit is classic and comfortable, with a high rise and comfortable top block, full thighs, and wide straight legs that end in an overlocked hem for easy alterations.

Rather than using a heavy denim or duck canvas, Black Sign have instead selected a 6.2oz, 100% cotton chambray fabric. Lightweight and breezy, it's shocking durable (but certainly not invincible), it's a great fabric for the warmer seasons, keeping the sun off your legs without letting in heat, and venting easily thanks to the relaxed fit and open chambray weave. It's also been rinsed to account for initial shrinkage, giving you one less thing to worry about.
